The Profit Pro App is tailored to assist sales consultants in effectively negotiating with specific car buyers. These buyers present car dealerships with optimal opportunities to maximize profits when selling them a vehicle. They are individuals who head to a dealership aiming to trade their current vehicle while still making monthly payments on it. This particular group of buyers typically hopes to transition to a newer vehicle, reducing their monthly payment without any initial down payments. Remarkably, these buyers constitute 70-75% of the market.

Despite being a significant portion of the market, sales consultants often lack the necessary training to negotiate with this demographic. This oversight presents dealers with a substantial chance to bolster profit margins. Mishandling these customers can lead to lower closing rates, decreased gross profit, diminished customer satisfaction scores, and reduced customer loyalty. Customers often leave feeling unsatisfied unless their specific requests for zero down payment and lowered monthly installments are fully met, a scenario dealers can accommodate for under 5% of this customer base.

The Sales Process Tab provides novice consultants with detailed guidance on managing customer interactions seamlessly. Within the Payment Tab, consultants enter the customer's current payment amount; subsequently, the app calculates the financed sum and transfers both figures to the Negotiations Tab automatically.

The Trade-in Tab facilitates selection options for consultants to determine critical information about the customer's trade-in vehicle. It furnishes a starting value for the selected car alongside guidance on conveying this valuation to the customer effectively. The app then forwards this information as well as the original Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (M.S.R.P) to the Negotiations Tab.

Concluding the process, the Negotiations Tab leads consultants through negotiations via four intuitive windows: two financing windows labeled Trade-in and New Car for dealing with finance customers and two lease windows also named Trade-in and New Car for engaging with lease customers.

The Profit Pro App and its four comprehensive tabs provide exhaustive insights and detailed instructions essential for managing this unique customer segment effectively. In addition to textual instructions and guides, the app includes instructional videos that demonstrate how to engage with these customers and effectively utilize the four available tabs.
